Raphaël POULAIN

Our thoughts nurture our feelings and influence our behaviors.

Former professional rugby player, Raphaël played on the wing at the Stade français for 7 years, from 1998 to 2005, then at the Racing Métro 92 during the 2007-08 season.

France rugby champion in 2000, 2003, 2004 and finalist in the European cup in 2001 and 2005, he decided to end his sports career in June 2008 and began his retraining.

He can help your company to unite your teams thanks to the positive values of sport.

Using the storytelling method, he tells his life as a rugby player among a group of men, a fabulous team : 1 hour and a half of emotion which are also an invitation to personal and professional reflection.

He gives you the keys to know you better and succeed in your professional career: “ Being a good manager means knowing yourself and practicing everyday ”

His intervention is also a good support to face change in a crisis context in which placing the human factor at the very heart of interpersonal relationships is more than necessary.

Using his championship wins, his strong moments but also his more difficult times, he knows how to share his experience without any taboos. He gives his own perspective on how to coach and how to put the human factor at the heart of the performance whether individual or collective

What he proposes is a conference adapted to current management problems with an extra “ spark of spirit ”.
